Dear Members of the General Body of the ICNE and brothers and sisters in Islam,

I had sent the following email to our Secretary General. I received no response. The resume he sent at election time must be with you. After going to google.com I found some information.
You can do the same by typing the words  Ghazwan F. Ghazi, DMD.
I was sent to different sites, some relevant, some old. He is no longer with Leominster Family Dentists though you can see his picture there. Also he is no longer with Gentle Dental Center of Braintree though his name appears there. He is in the HMS White Pages(
http://whitepages.med.harvard.edu/) and in the Mass Dentist Directory(http://license.reg.state.ma.us/local/localRange.asp?profession+Dentist&city+Canton) where his license number is printed. He is also listed as Clinical Instructor in Periodontology under Periodontology AGE Part-time Faculty in Harvard Dental School.

I have shown his picture to many life members and they did not know him. The way he came in our Center and is running the ICNE I am very curious about his agenda. The "green letter" we all got in the mail and discussion of school in that letter and now the disbanding of ICNE Academy and giving the use of our facilities to an entity that was born out of theft of ICNE assets is very intriguing. No board member I talked to could even show me a lease. I am pursuing these issues in court and I will continue to do so. I will not write to the authorities. However, those of you who were held back by my requests for not taking the matter to the authorities should feel free to do anything their conscience allows them.

It is best to write a letter and keep copy of it. Best form is to give address and phone number.
One can send letter to the White House and request where it should be forwarded to. One can send it direct to the departments also. The address for:

The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington DC 20500

and the web site
http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact
or you can go to FirstGov.gov web site and address is
http://firstgov.gov/
and you can go under  "Contact Your Government by Topic" and then under "Fraud, Law Enforcement & Crime".

Those of my brothers and sisters who are frustrated with the slow pace in the court system, my appologies to them. I keep my struggle for truth whitin the Center and the Justice System.
JAK.
Wasaalam,
Br. Javaid Aziz

Dear Mr. Ghazi,
I have learnt that you are concerned about following "rules".
If you were really concerned then you would not have given ICNE mailing list to the Islamic Society of Boston and from there it should not have gone to several other places. This is just to put it on record that I have informed the board. Your day of reckoning will come and most likely in this world.
If you were concerned about the "rules" then you would not have interfered in the work of the Religious Director. The "rules" are very clear about "who will supervise all religious activity".
And the " rules" are also very clear that "the board" acts for the general body and is a servant of the general body. Not otherwise, as you have run the show from January. This is just a friendly reminder that there are some words which may matter like "breach of fiduciary duty".
You have a revamped web site that takes you away from ICNE in a click. How about putting information about you on it. All I got is a two line summary when you stood for election and got defeated (217 votes). I just learnt that (the powers that be) made Aboubakar resigne
to put Bassam Shabab on the board (he also did not get elected) and he left to put you on the board. And your actions since January 2005 are intriguing. Therefore, most of us would like to know more about you. You are a public figure now.
And this is also a request to the board members who are not in breach of fiduciary duty to find more about you.
Wasaalam'
Javaid Aziz
